CONSPIT Ares Series Sim-racing Servo motor

The CONSPIT Ares Series Sim-racing Servo Motor is designed for sim racing drivers seeking the ultimate racing experience. Equipped with a high-precision skew-pole direct-drive motor specially developed for sim racing and a deeply optimized high-performance force feedback system, it delivers an unparalleled realistic driving experience with highly detailed tactile feedback.

Main points

  • Superior performance
Using high-performance asymmetric dual processors at 170MHz+168MHz to ensure efficient and stable calculations. The Ares series direct drive system uses industry-leading high-precision optical encoders with an angular resolution of less than 0.01° and a bit resolution of 23 bits, ensuring that every subtle control input is accurately captured. With a 20 million RPM military-grade slip ring, signal transmission is stable and lag-free, avoiding common electromagnetic interference problems found in Bluetooth or 2.4G wireless communication.

  • Masterful control
The Ares series base features a leading motor control system that provides excellent stability, efficiency and positional accuracy under force feedback torque output. Torque response performance of up to 9.5Nm/ms ensures that all high-frequency details are fully displayed.

  • Professional force feedback algorithm
In collaboration with Open FFBoard, a deeply customized force feedback algorithm developed and iteratively optimized by professional racing drivers and experienced vehicle dynamics engineers, the Ares force feedback system highly simulates real-world vehicle dynamics and road surface detail feedback, providing the ultimate control experience.

  • Specialized for the task
Unlike competitors that directly use industrial servo motors, the motor structure in the Ares base has been developed from the ground up to optimize the unique demands of swimming racing for handling, steering feedback and stability. Key parameters such as torque response, torque ripple and cogging torque, which significantly affect subjective feel, have been specifically optimized to achieve the fastest, smoothest and most precise tactile feedback.
  • Double Skew-pole construction
Uses a double salient pole design with both stator and rotor salient poles, optimizing gear torque, significantly reducing torque ripple, electromagnetic vibration, and noise, resulting in excellent NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) performance.
  • Ultra-high torque density
Compact size, huge power. By using ultra-high magnetic permeability cores and powerful NdFeB magnets , along with optimal air gap ratio and high slot fill factor design, this motor achieves high torque density and delivers powerful output.

Innovative Industrial Design

With a visually light design language, the compact and elegant profile delivers a versatile aesthetic core experience that exceeds both visual and performance expectations.

Victory with Details

  • High-quality Materials
The main body is made of high-quality aircraft aluminum alloy, ensuring robustness and durability.

  • Efficient Heat Dissipation
Proven heat dissipation design ensures reliability even during long-distance and endurance races.

  • Advanced Manufacturing Techniques
Uses multiple forming, machining and surface treatment methods for superior texture.

POGO module

The front of the base has magnetic connectors designed for future expansion and quick installation of various functional components.

High Security Design

A unique safety mode ensures driver safety while allowing children to play safely under parental supervision.

Conspit Link 2.0

Quickly configure basic functions, monitor status, and create custom presets in the Conspit Link 2.0 software. Official presets created by professional drivers and experienced vehicle dynamics engineers allow for quick switching based on different games or vehicle combinations, with pro-specific presets coming soon.

CDP Quick Coupling

Unlike the common ball bearing-type single lock structures on the market, the CDP quick release introduces the buckle + ball bearing design from real Formula 1 cars. The entire structure is CNC machined from 7075 aluminum alloy, with the buckle structure responsible for transmitting torque. Topologically optimized to meet high strength requirements, the ball bearings provide longitudinal positioning without bearing torque load, which fundamentally solves the wear problems of traditional ball bearing-type quick release, ensuring zero play even after long-term use.

The electrical connection between the steering wheel and the base is achieved through spring contacts inside the quick release, ensuring stable and reliable plug-and-play functionality.
