At RacingShop, we always put you as the customer at the center - and that means simple and clear processes when it comes to returns, exchanges and complaints.

Our normal delivery times are 1-5 days . NOTE: Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday at the earliest.

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address.

If there is something wrong with the order confirmation, please contact us immediately via email to order@racingshop.se.

If delays in delivery occur (without us having notified you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: order@racingshop.se

Prices
  • All prices in the store are listed in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT except gift cards/experiences which are sold without VAT.
  • We reserve the right to price changes caused by price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

Returns & Cancellations

Important to know: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your item.

Start the return process
To return or cancel your purchase , click here . We have made the return process smooth and fast! When you have registered your return, you will receive a confirmation via email and a return shipping label to print. Do you have any questions? Our customer service is here to help you through the entire process.

Return the product

We appreciate it if you return the item as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after your cancellation notice. This will help us process your return faster.

Simple and safe

We will cover the return shipping label, so you don't have to worry about shipping costs! We just ask that you send the item well packaged and preferably in the original packaging so that it arrives in good condition.

Refund

We will make our refund as quickly as we can! If the product is used or damaged, a reduction in value may be deducted from the refund, but we always strive to make a fair assessment.


Right of exchange - when you want something else

Sometimes it doesn't quite work out - maybe the size doesn't fit or you changed your mind about the color? No problem! We offer a right of exchange within 30 days of ordering the item.

To exercise our right of exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

No, we cover the return shipping! We want to make it as easy as possible for you to return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

You make a return when you regret your purchase within 14 days, regardless of the reason. You make a complaint when the product has a defect or does not work as it should. When making complaints, we follow guidelines from the Swedish Consumer Complaints Board.

Something wrong with the product?

We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. Should the product still be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the defect free of charge.

Important to know:

  • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
  • The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.
  • We are responsible for return shipping for approved complaints.
How to make a complaint:
  1. Contact us - Any errors and defects should always be reported to info@racingshop.se where you provide your name, address, email address, order number and a description of the error.
  2. Our remedy - If we are unable to remedy the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
  3. Assessment - We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. When making complaints, we follow guidelines from the Swedish National Board of Complaints.

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received a product that you have ordered.
